REFUND POLICY

All sales are final except for defective products from the supplier, or those damaged in transit. We will gladly replace any item that is either defective or has been damaged. We will relace such items at our own postage expense so that you will never be charged twice for postage. Please contact jim@studio31.com with any concerns.
